Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment for your waterfall Salon and Spa experience.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges for scheduled service.

Spa Attire

Waterfall Salon and Spa will provide you with a robe and slippers for your comfort. A secured change closet will be available to you for your personal belongings with any of our spa packages.
